TERMS & CONDITIONS

NEW ORDERS:

  • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. Please contact USPS to track your package or if it is missing to start an investigation. 
  • Orders ship within 1-7 business days. This depends on the volume of orders and where your order is placed in the queue. We fulfill orders as they are received. Shipping time estimate will take effect once the package has been shipped out.

 

REFUNDS:

  • Refunds can take 3-7 business days to process after receiving the returned item(s).

 

RETURNS:

  • MUST return items within 14 days of receiving your product. Must return in new, as received, condition for an exchange or store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original clear packaging along with invoice.
  • Dirty, worn or washed/dried items aren't eligible for returns or exchanges. If you happen to send back an item that is NOT eligible, you will have to pay the shipping charge for us to send the items back to you. 

 

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale/Clearance/Closeout items (you may exchange or receive store credit for clearance items)

 

Special Promos:

  • All sales/clearance are final.

 

Refunds/Exchanges (if applicable):

  • Return within 14 days in new condition, unworn and unwashed
  • Must have the original tag attached as well as the clear plastic bag it came in.
  • Please add a note on your invoice stating what you would like to do (exchange for a xxs, return for store credit, etc) and we will be happy to take care of you!
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

 

Shipping:

  • To return your product, you should mail your package to: 2351 Sunset Blvd. Suite 170-728 Rocklin, CA 95765
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
